These provisions rule the use of this Internet website (hereinafter the "Website") that Unitec Europa S.A (hereinafter, Unitec Europa S.A) has made available to its users.
Unitec Europa S.A has its registered business address at Pol.Ind. Barranquiel s/n, 31300 Tafalla, Navarra, Spain Tlf.948 70 43 00 VAT number B31665029 and it is registered in the Company Register of Navarre in Tome 976, Folio 1, Sheet NA-16,944.
The use of the Website makes the person using it a user of the Website (hereinafter, the "User") and implies acceptance of all conditions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the service of the Website has a duration limited to the time that the user is connected to it. Therefore, the User should carefully read this Legal Notice every time he or she chooses to use the Website, as both the website and the conditions of use to be found in this Legal Notice may undergo modifications.

2. Intellectual and industrial property rights

All contents of this Website, these being understood to be, although not limited to, texts, photographs, graphs, images, icons, links and any other audiovisual or audio contents, as well as its graphic design and source code (hereinafter the "Contents"), are the intellectual property of Unitec Europa S.A or third parties and none of the rights thereto may be understood as assigned to the User other than as strictly necessary to make proper use of the Website.
The brands, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of Unitec Europa S.A or third parties, and access to the Website shall in no way be construed as a right over such brands, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

3. Conditions of use of the Website

A.- On its use

The User undertakes to use the Website correctly in accordance to Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be answerable to Unitec Europa S.A or third parties for any damages arising from the breach of such undertaking.
It is expressly forbidden to use the Website in order to damage the property or interests of Unitec Europa S.A or third parties or in a way that in any way may overload, damage or render useless the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or products and computer applications (software) of Unitec Europa S.A or third parties.

B.- On its Contents

The User undertakes to use the Contents in accordance to Law and this Legal Notice, as well as any other conditions, regulations and instructions as may be applicable pursuant to the provisions of section 1.

As an example, in accordance with Law, the User shall abstain without limitation from the following:

* Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Contents except in those cases authorised by law or expressly allowed by Unitec Europa S.A or by the owner of the rights of use, as the case may be.
* Reproducing or copying for private use the Contents that may be considered Software or the Data Base in accordance with applicable law on intellectual property, as well as their public communication or making them available to third parties when such actions necessarily imply their reproduction by the User or a third party.
* Extracting and/or reusing all of or a substantial portion of the Contents making up the Website as well as the data bases that Unitec Europa S.A may make available to Users.

C.- On the form

All information provided by the User through forms in the Website for the above purposes and for any other purposes shall have to be true. To this purpose, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated and shall keep the information provided to Unitec Europa S.A up to date so that at all times it corresponds to the User's real situation. In any case, the User shall be the only party liable for false or inaccurate statements and for any damages incurred by Unitec Europa S.A or third parties because of the information provided.

4. Exclusion of liability

Access to the Website does not in any way imply any undertaking on the part of Unitec Europa S.A to check the truthfulness, accuracy, suitability, exhaustiveness and currency of the data supplied through it. The contents of this page are of a general nature and do not constitute, under any circumstances, the provision of any advisory or consulting services whatsoever.
Unitec Europa S.A does not assume liability for decisions taken based on the information provided on the Website nor for any damages to the User or third parties arising from actions that are based exclusively on the information obtained from the Website.

B.- On the services

Access to the website dos not imply any undertaking by Unitec Europa S.A to control the absences of viruses or any other damaging program or system, it being up to the User to have available the necessary tools to detect and disinfect damaging computer programs.
Unitec Europa S.A does not assume any liability for damages to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Website service.

C.- On the availability of the Website

Access to the Website requires the services and supplies of third parties, including transportation through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation is not the responsibility of Unitec Europa S.A. Therefore, the services provided through the Website may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible to Users.
Unitec Europa S.A does not assume any liability for damages to the User arising from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that may result in the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service while or prior to it is being provided.

5. Personal data privacy

In such cases in which a user provides the Company data of a personal nature that the company may manage automatically or otherwise, the user expressly Authorises Unitec Europa S.A to process the personal data provided and to include the data in its data base to manage an employment service.

The user shall have the right to oppose, access, rectify and cancel any of his or her personal data as may be stored in the data bases of Unitec Europa S.A.
Such rights may be exercised via any means of communication with Unitec Europa S.A (Address: Pol.Ind. Barranquiel s/n, 31300 Tafalla, Navarra).
The User also authorises Unitec Europa S.A to assign his or her personal data to third party companies whose intervention may be necessary to meet the abovementioned needs.
The personal data are completely protected in accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the privacy of data of a personal nature.
In the forms for collecting data, the fields indicated with an asterisk are required and, should the user not provide the relevant data, Unitec Europa S.A may at its sole discretion deny the relevant service.
By pressing the "send" button of a form the User expressly consents to his or her data being used to be sent commercial communications via electronic mail or by any other means.

6. Applicable law

This Legal Notice and its effects shall be governed in all cases by Spanish law in effect at the time.
